Mrs. Bennett | Kindergarten
Mrs. Bennett teaches kindergarten. Two unique facts about her are... she has no middle name and always wanted one.... and she is a registered Sioux Indian from South Dakota.
She attended WSU. She has 4 children, two in college at WSU and another graduating from high school this spring. She also has a son, age 11. Yes, 3 older kids and 1 younger. It is like having 2 families.
She has been teaching kindergarten at Jefferson for 20 years. She recently received her 25 year coffee mug...an acknowledgement and thank you from the Everett Public Schools Foundation for teaching for 25 years! She really loves to watch how the students grow and change.
"I love being a part of their learning! I have always liked the creative part of teaching too. I wake up in the middle of the night thinking about what the students and I are going to do the next school day!"
